We are located in the Southern part of Coleman County, in Central Texas and have been in business over 40 years. We have worked for over 460 Independent School Districts, Universities, Churches, and city organizations in the State of Texas. Wes Grable formed our company in 1960. Mr. Grable and his stepsons, Rodney and Nelson Sellars, established the company as one of the elite flooring companies in the State of Texas. They believed in quality, expert workmanship, and customer satisfaction. After 36 years of performing high quality gymnasium floor and bleacher repair, he retired in 1996.

In 1996, Charles Yarbrough acquired the Wes Grable Company. Charles is a 1980 graduate of McMurry University with a BA in Business Finance. Standing behind the original company philosophy he chose to keep the company name and uphold the reputation it had established. Rodney and Nelson are still deeply involved with the business and each have been working on gymnasium floors and bleachers for over 30 years. They are two of the top flooring men in the State. Both work hand-in-hand with Charles in all roles of the business. Rodney works full time in sales and as job Superintendent. He oversees  installations, floor repair, bleacher repair, and the sand, reline, and refinish crews. Nelson works as needed, and serves as consultant and job Superintendent when Charles and Rodney are busy with other customers.

After acquiring the company, Charles attended many schools to learn the techniques needed to create and maintain high quality gymnasium floors. He is certified by Superior Flooring Company as an installation specialist.  Although the classroom is a great place to gain overall knowledge, Charles believes that the continuous hands on working with Rodney and Nelson is where he has learned the most.  During busy times, Charles can be found on the job site working directly with his employees to assure the highest quality work possible.
